WW - Rolex Oyster Perpetual, ref 1002, circa 1968, 34mm x 39mm to lug tips, 19mm lug width, original 14K yellow gold screw back Oyster case, black lizard strap with Rolex signed gold-plated buckle, original blue dial with applied gold baton indices, 26J cal 1570, s#1751599, triple signed, inside back ref 1005. Gross weight of assembled watch without strap 27.2 dwt (42.4 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, no oxide on rotor, very light wear to brass edge of plate; nearly flawless dial; nearly mint hands with very light spotting; polished case shows very little wear, still retains some of its original factory finishing, light dings on the insides of the lugs from being worn on a bracelet as well as between the lugs where the serial number and reference numbers are located; original signed crown shows very little wear, good threads; good crystal; resealed for auction.
